Welcome to Bello Fiore, a wedding and event flower business by Ann Shanks and Vicki Szukalla.
The partnership between Vicki and Ann began over ten years ago as founders and directors of a drama club for children. Bello Fiore was started in 2006 after designing the flowers for Ann’s daughter’s weddings. Ann and Vicki knew they loved working together and had great chemistry and while doing those projects discovered they had similar styles and complementary skills. Their work shows passion for artistic expression, love for flowers and creative design possibilities.
Vicki’s design experience dates back to the 80’s when she got a degree in Floriculture from Texas A&M University. Vicki worked as a florist for a number of years before pursuing a second career in school psychology. Ann's quest for perfection and keen eye for design keeps Vicki on her toes. Ann, who is a school teacher, has the ability to put others at ease and to make any situation fun.
Bello Fiore’s mission is to bring quality design, attention to detail and a personal touch at affordable prices. To protect the environment and to support local businesses, Bello Fiore buys flowers from local Oregon growers when possible.
